Currently Betty and Bob Hargens are fighting for custody on my son Logan hagens because they want his survivor benefits and to further hurt me by slamming me in front of my son,trying to diminish his love for me and attempting to brain wash him with their twisted beliefs.The facts are very clear: Logan's father died because he abused his body by eating himself to death knowing very well that it would kill him. He had a heart attack and happened to be in church when it happened. His parents are fighting for custody of my son after he assaulted me and the police were called by me. I'm the victim of abuse yet they are wanting custody of my minor son simply because the judge placed him in their home on a short term basis following family counseling which they are dragging their heels on. The judge ordered my son to complete three different programs, none of which have even started. The judge asked me if i had anything to say, i replied" i want to have visitation with my son" he replied that it was up to me and my son. With this statement it is clear that the Hargens family has no interest or rights pertaining to my rights to see my child. Yet they filled a law suit against me a month ago. I then retained a lawyer and trial is set for April.
